Job Overview

You will be responsible for providing 1st or 2nd line remote IT support services to end users. You will have an exceptional chance to work with international customers located all around the world. The person on this position will gain an overall understanding of Andea’s products and a basic knowledge of production processes. The support specialist will be in charge of interpreting customer requirements, provide consultancy services and assist in the resolution of issues.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st or 2nd line remote IT support (depending on skills and experience) to end users

  • Deal directly with end customers via support platform

  • Collect necessary and adequate data

  • Solve and maintain cases registered in the ticketing system

  • Ensure that all incidents are closed within SLA

  • Working with customers and internal teams

  • Troubleshoot application and client specific configuration issues

  • Escalate IT issues within the team where necessary

  • Create knowledge base articles based on gained experience


Skills / Attributes Required

  • Fluent English

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Confident individual with a proactive attitude

  • Ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Availability to work on shifts (morning and afternoon)
