Privacy Policy Concerning Candidates in the Recruitment Process


This document states the privacy policy of Andea Solutions Sp. z o.o. which is headquartered at ul. Kapelanka 26, 30-347 Kraków (here in after: Andea).

Andea’s privacy policy defines the principles, manner of processing and use of personal data, and information from Candidates in its recruitment process (here in after: Candidates). Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable individual.

In the act of collecting and using of personal data, we want to maintain transparency regarding the basis and method of processing personal data.

In the course of our recruitment process, we collect our Candidates’ personal data. The information we process includes the necessary information defined by law regarding education, professional experience and employment history. The provided data is necessary for the implementation of recruitment processes and possible cooperation / employment.

We do not request from our Candidates any information which is regarded as "sensitive data" containing information on ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or other similar beliefs, political views, trade union membership, biometrics (where they are used for identification purposes), health, sexual life or sexual orientation.



Andea collects and processes personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions, ie the Labor Code, if you apply for a contract of employment with our company. And the Civil Code, if you apply for a position under a civil law contract.

Andea processes personal data in order to:

  • Access submitted applications and for the possible completion of the recruitment process by our company, upon receiving the Candidates prior consent for processing the personal data contained in their CV, cover letter or other forms necessary as part of the recruitment process.
  • Send Candidates, via a provided e-mail address or phone number, answers to queries and additional information about the recruitment process. 
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment process and possible establishment of an employment / cooperation relationship.


According to art. 15-21 RODO, the Candidate, has the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data by Andea:

  • The right to access their personal data.
  • The right to rectify the data being processed (changes to personal data).
  • The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten").
  • The right to limit data processing.
  • The right to object to the further processing of data.
  • The right to transfer data.

The implementation of each of the above rights takes place at the request of the Candidate. Andea considers the submitted application and replies within 1 month of receiving the request.

As part of the rights, the Candidate may at any time withdraw consent to the further processing of personal data, for purposes that require consent, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal use of personal data in actions based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. The right to limit the processing or object to the processing of personal data
Individuals have the right to limit the processing or object to the processing of their personal data at any time, regardless of the situation, unless the processing is required by law.

In this case, we will not process personal data further or restrict processing if we are able to demonstrate legitimate grounds for processing. Or, we will process personal data to determine, exercise or defend our rights.

Other rights of data subjects
This document is intended to provide information about the personal data we collect and how it is used. In addition to the right of access, changes and limitations of processing or opposition to the processing indicated above, individuals have different rights regarding the personal data stored by us, such as the right to request removal and the right to transfer data.

Andea recruits only for its own needs. By agreeing to the recruitment process, this consent applies to both recruitment for a specified position addressed in a job listing and for the purposes of future recruitment. The candidate may withdraw consent for further processing at any time, which does not affect the legal use of personal data in actions made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Candidate data can also be processed in the instance in which the Candidate is recommended by another person. In this situation, the referral person provides the data and details of the recommended person, and also provides their CV. Andea verifies the CV received from the referral person regarding the consent of the recommended person for the processing of their personal data. If the recommended person expresses their consent, Andea has the right to use this personal data in its recruitment processes.



In the case of successful recruitment, your personal data is stored in order to prepare a contract of employment or a civil law contract, in accordance with statutory provisions.

Documents of rejected candidates are removed no later than two years after the end of the recruitment process. If you want to leave your documents in our database of candidates for a longer period, your consent will be required.


We take the security of all our data very seriously. Andea has implemented appropriate security measures (organizational and technical) to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unlawful processing or modification. Andea undertakes to defend the security and confidentiality of the personal data being processed. Access to personal data of Candidates has been restricted, so that this information is not in the hands of unauthorized persons. Andea is entitled to share personal data with entities authorized under the applicable law.


We recognize that transparency is a permanent obligation, so we will regularly review and update this document.
