Below is a list of main job requirements:

  • Assistance with development/improvement of marketing materials

  • Defining and managing marketing campaigns (emails, web, tradeshows, etc.)

  • Tradeshow planning and participation

  • Develop sales strategy and sales plans

  • Lead generation and qualification Sales cycle management (complex sales cycles)

  • Contract negotiations

  • Management of existing customer relationships

Here are some of the candidate qualities that Andea is looking for:

  • Independent, self-sufficient and creative individual that can engage and influence senior level contacts in large manufacturing companies

  • Good communicator (written and oral, English a must, German/French nice to have)

  • Good project knowledge and experience including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks

  • Experience with managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations

  • Experience in the technology/software sector a nice to have
