Our Story

The humble beginnings
Founded by four good friends, Andea begins its operations with just nine employees and two sub-rented office rooms in Krakow, Poland.
From local to global
Andea opens another office located in Brea, California, and expands its offering with 24/7 maintenance support services.
The unshakable quality
With now 75 employees and 31 global clients across four continents, Andea introduces its Quality Management System (QMS).
Making ideas happen
Andea launches the Manufacturo cloud platform for complex manufacturers and becomes Microsoft Gold Partner.
Adding value
Andea expands its service offerings and becomes an official Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Ortems APS distributor in Poland.
The partnership of trust

VP – Innovation

Tadeusz is the VP of Innovation at Andea. He has over 20 years of experience in creating innovative applications for the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining Andea Solutions, Tadeusz was working at Apriso where he was responsible for Solution Architecture, Product Management and Project Management. His passion is to apply modern information technology to address various challenges in manufacturing and logistics operations. Tadeusz earned his MSc degree in Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Grzegorz Fura

VP – Services

Grzegorz is the VP of Services at Andea. His responsibilities include applications and solutions architecture, knowledge management and quality standards assurance. He has over 20 years of professional experience including 13 years at Apriso – a leading manufacturing software provider where he was recently managing a team of Solution Architects. Grzegorz is recognized by customers as a trusted adviser and by his colleagues as an open minded, reliable and supportive manager and team player. Grzegorz has graduated from Rzeszow University of Technology where he received his MSc in Control and Computer Engineering

Lukasz Gorka


Lukasz Gorka is the CEO at Andea. He is a Statutory Auditor and Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in managing Finance and Tax departments of Polish and International companies. He has setup and manages GS Auditors – audit and outsourced accounting services company and is also Board of Directors – Treasurer of the Polish Accountants Association in Warsaw and President of the Board of Directors at the Regional Division in Cracow of the Polish Accountants Association. Lukasz earned a Ph.D. degree in Economics and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the Cracow University of Economics.

Manuel Julien

VP – North American Operations

Manuel is the VP – North American Operations. He is responsible for managing the company’s key functions in North America; including operations management, team management, customer relations, services and project delivery activities. He has over 2 decades of experience in creating innovative solutions for the manufacturing sector in various industries. Prior to joining Andea, Manuel worked at both SpaceX (2 years) and Apriso (14 years) where he served in various positions including; Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Product Manager and Program Manager. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information technology at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.

Pawel Mierzwa

VP – Sales Operations

Pawel Mierzwa is a co-founder responsible for sales and marketing at Andea. In this role, Pawel leads the company’s marketing strategy, partner relations and works with Andea’s global clients to help ensure they maximize their manufacturing technology investments. He has over two decades of enterprise sales experience working for MES, ERP, and BI software companies. Before joining Andea, Pawel worked for Apriso (now part of Dassault Systèmes) and MicroStrategy. Pawel received his bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the California State University, Long Beach.

James Montgomery

VP – Solutions

James works alongside Manuel as the North American Operations and is the VP – Solutions. He is responsible for managing the company’s key functions in North America; including operations management, team management, customer and marketing relations, services and project delivery activities. He has over twenty-three years experience in creating innovative solutions for the manufacturing sector in various industries. Prior to joining Andea, James worked at SpaceX (5½ years), Apriso (12 years), and ProDB Business Systems (4 Years) where he served in various positions including; Lead Product Manager, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Software Development Team Lead. James earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information technology at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.

Director of Solution Innovation

Kenzo is the Director of Solution Innovation at Andea Corp concentrating on the North American Region. His main responsibility is to create a roadmap, develop, and release innovative solutions utilizing the Manufacturo Framework and help drive adoption across the region. He has over 20 years of experience in creating and delivering manufacturing applications in various industries. Before joining Andea, Kenzo worked at iBASEt (1½ years), SpaceX (3 years), Apriso (12 years), and i2 Technologies (4½Years) where he served in various positions including; Director Product Innovation, Senior Product Manager, Director of Services and Solution Consultant. Kenzo earned his MBA at Rochester Institute of Technology and BS degree in Business Commerce at Senshu University in Kanagawa, Japan.
