Thinh is the Services Manager. He is responsible for planning and allocating resources to projects to ensure the team and customer are set up for success. He also leads teams in various projects and builds up team members by mentoring them, all while actively helping implement solutions in those projects. His managerial duties also span the hiring process, where Thinh makes sure that Andea finds the best talent and like-minded, driven, and innovative individuals. He’s a big advocate of continuous improvement and believes we should always strive to learn and become better, especially innovating in the solutions we provide. He’s also a genuinely team-oriented professional with a motto that a project is only as good as its team, a company is only as good as its employees. Thinh strives to maintain a work environment where employees are comfortable collaborating and helping each other drive their growth. His career at Andea includes several MES consultancy and managerial roles. Thinh has a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.

Marcin is the Director of the Maintenance department. He is responsible for ensuring flawless support during rollouts and post-deployment maintenance of the DELMIA Apriso solution. Prior to joining Andea, Marcin spent a year working as an EAM Consultant, Java Developer at Qumak S.A, where he was developing solutions using the IBM Maximo Asset Management platform. Marcin has extensive experience in database administration, web development, and application programming and over the years has been actively applying his skills to create value-driven solutions. As an open-minded individual, he loves to get inspired by interacting and exchanging ideas with other people, especially if these ideas help discover new ways of applying new technologies to build innovative applications. Marcin has a Master of Engineering in software engineering from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Tomasz is the Director — Services. Apart from his managerial duties and focus on employee development, he is actively involved in DELMIA Apriso implementations. During his almost 20 years of experience working with DELMIA Apriso, Tomasz has participated in numerous deployments for global clients from various industries. As a senior solution architect, he is responsible for collecting requirements and designing comprehensive solutions that meet the client's specific needs. Before joining Andea, he worked at Apriso, where he held various positions, including a consultant, team leader, and solution architect. Tomasz is a graduate of the Czestochowa University of Technology, where he obtained a master's degree in software engineering and computer systems.

Paweł is the Director — Services. He actively participates in projects where he is responsible for designing and delivering solutions. He is experienced in manufacturing and logistics execution systems, leading full project cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development, and tests, all the way to go-live and multisite rollouts. Paweł is an enthusiastic person, always open and willing to exchange ideas and help other team members. He has solid problem-solving skills and is known as a “three-minute man” as he firmly believes that all problems can be solved, or a solution path can be identified, in three minutes or less. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years with DELMIA Apriso. He also worked for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, where he gained a good understanding of business, which is essential when translating customer needs into software solutions. Paweł earned a Master of Science in electrotechnics and control engineering at Cracow University of Technology.

Yang is the Services Manager/Team Lead at Andea. In his role, he combines leading the team with active involvement in DELMIA Apriso implementations. Over the years of his professional career at Andea, he held several senior and strategic roles including Senior MES Consultant or Software Implementation Consultant. Yang holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University.

Bjoern is the Operations Manager – DACH Region at Andea Germany GmbH. He is responsible for managing the company’s key functions in the DACH region, including operations management, customer relations, and project delivery activities. As an experienced manufacturing system analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry, Bjoern is skilled in business processes, IT service management, IT strategies, project portfolio management, and SAP ERP. Over his nearly 25-year-long career, he held various consultant, analyst, and manager roles. Before joining Andea, he worked for such companies as D-Trust GmbH, Contipark Parkgaragengesellschaft, Philip Morris Manufacturing GmbH, AlogO GmbH, CPL, TOTAL Deutschland GmbH, and pidas. Bjoern holds a Master of Science in IT management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.

Magdalena is the Project Excellence Manager. In her role, she is responsible for Andea’s test approach, QA test strategy, and project test strategy. She also provides support to the business and marketing team, and stays in charge of resource planning, test planning, and estimation. Her other responsibilities span building test teams – including recruiting and training test engineers – and reviewing requirements and designs. Her decade-long professional career includes more than eight years in diverse testing and test management roles and over three years of experience in QA team management. Magdalena holds various testing certifications such as TestArmy’s SoapUI and ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager. Before joining Andea, she spent more than two years working for Unity Group. Magdalena earned her master’s degree in management and production engineering at the Krakow University of Economics.

Łukasz is the Director — Solution Maintenance. He is responsible for ensuring seamless MES services delivery and efficient software development. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, he is an expert web developer who continuously strives to develop simple, unique, and user-friendly applications. His fascination with new, cutting-edge technologies inspires him to always look for ways to drive innovation and apply inventive ideas to the projects he’s involved in. His skills span many technologies, systems, solutions, and tools, including Wonderware, Subversion, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Spring Framework, Apriso FlexNet, and methodologies like Scrum. Prior to joining Andea, he was in charge of enhancing and maintaining internal systems at Astor. Łukasz has a Master of Science in computer science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Tomasz is the Director — Services. In his role, he oversees both services delivery and employee development. His responsibilities also include active support and involvement in DELMIA Apriso rollouts for clients across diverse industries. As a senior solution architect with nearly 20 years of experience in developing and implementing MES solutions, he is responsible for leading the implementation process, from collecting requirements, through designing solutions that the client’s requirements, all the way to deployment. His key areas of expertise include assembly production concepts, aluminum semi-product manufacturing, consumer goods production, scheduling, quality management, and systems integration. The technical skillset Tomasz showcases comprises 3DS DELMIA Apriso, Transact-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), PL/SQL (Oracle), .NET, Java, and Crystal Reports. Before joining Andea, he worked for such companies as Infosys and Apriso. Tomasz earned his degree in computer science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Jacek is the Director — Solution Maintenance. He is responsible for the maintenance of DELMIA Apriso, Data Warehouse (DW), and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. He provides support with urgent production, DW, and BI issues, assists with database administration, and is actively involved in the evaluation, design, and development of core requirements, as well as preparation and development of system changes and enhancements. Jacek is both interested and skilled in MS SQL server database performance analysis and MS SQL server database management. He is experienced in C++, SQL programming and HTML/CSS/JavaScript web technologies. His career spans nearly 15 years spent with Dassault Systèmes and Andea. Jacek holds a Master of Science in telecommunications from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
