Andea expands portfolio with DELMIA Ortems

Andea Solutions Sp. z o.o., a global leader in end-to-end MES/MOM project consulting and implementation services, decided to expand its operations with APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) solutions. The company started cooperating with Dassault Systèmes to distribute DELMIA Ortems in the Polish market.

Andea Solutions is well known in the global MES/MOM market, having completed more than 440 implementation projects for global manufacturing companies like Autoliv, Bombardier, CoorsTek, Hexcel, Hitachi, Kubota, Lincoln Electric, MAGNA, Sierra Nevada Corp., Straumann, Südzucker, U-SHIN and many more. The company is also the producer of the Manufacturo cloud platform, thanks to which it was ranked among the top ten suppliers of smart manufacturing solutions in 2020, according to the U.S. Manufacturing Technology Insights magazine.

As the company focuses on delivering end-to-end MES/MOM services, the decision to expand its portfolio with APS offering was a natural move. The expanded product portfolio will allow Andea to provide its customers with solutions that support a more comprehensive range of manufacturing processes. Andea signed a partnership agreement with Dassault Systèmes and started distributing DELMIA Ortems in the Polish market and providing implementation services worldwide. The companies had worked together before, delivering MES/MOM solutions to strategic global customers.

We have been implementing Dassault Systèmes solutions for many years now, so our decision to expand our offering with DELMIA Ortems was straightforward. Manufacturing companies are continually looking for better ways to optimize their production processes, and there is a great demand for APS systems both globally and in the Polish market. That is why we have decided to invest and expand our capabilities in this space,

said Igor Pakieła, APS Sales Director, Andea.

DELMIA Ortems is a manufacturing planning and scheduling solution used for short- and medium-term planning across the enterprise. The system helps predict the plant’s capacities, synchronize operations, and adjust manufacturing resources to increase its ability to complete orders, making it possible to optimize manufacturing for maximum efficiency.

Expanding our portfolio with DELMIA Ortems enables us to support the operations of manufacturing companies, from managing their relations with suppliers to developing a precise manufacturing plan for end products. Our partnership with Dassault Systèmes makes it possible to handle this process using a stable, unified, and integrated platform from a single provider to enable effective implementation and minimize project risk,

adds Igor Pakieła.

Both Dassault Systèmes and Andea are key players in the global MES/MOM market. By combining forces, they will deliver innovative solutions and provide exceptional services to their customers.
