This training is designed for current DELMIA Ortems APS system users, including planners, collaborative users, and IT specialists responsible for managing system interfaces and providing support. Participants should have a basic understanding of APS systems and how the solution fits in the IT business systems infrastructure. Group size: 1–5 participants.
Each session is led by Andea’s experienced Ortems consultant, combining deep expertise with practical insights. System architects are available during sessions for advanced discussions, as needed.
Training is typically scheduled within three business days of your order or at your team’s convenience, ideally within two weeks. If a later start is needed, we’re happy to accommodate.
The program spans three days: two days of theory and a one-day immersive, hands-on workshop.
We offer flexible training options to suit your team’s needs: choose remote sessions, invite us to your location (with travel and accommodation costs), or join us at Andea’s office in Krakow, Poland. Training is available in English or Polish, with all necessary materials provided, including presentations, guides, and recorded sessions for future reference.

Beginning your APS DELMIA Ortems training is simple and involves four key steps:
1. Sign an NDA
To safeguard the confidentiality of information and processes, we’ll start by signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect both parties.
2. Place your order
After the NDA is signed, you can confirm your interest in the DELMIA Ortems workshops by placing an order for the training session.
3. Provide a purchase order
Once the order is placed, we’ll ask for a purchase order from your company to finalize scheduling and preparation.
4. Begin training
With all formalities complete, your training will start within three business days or at an agreed-upon time. You’ll receive comprehensive training materials, and our team will support you throughout your learning journey.

In his daily work, he focuses on delivering high-quality services by effectively managing his own team and preparing the client's team for successful system adoption.
His extensive knowledge of APS solutions is backed by over 25 years of professional experience. Before joining the DELMIA Ortems team at Andea, he thrived in roles as a developer, product manager, and IT solutions architect, achieving numerous professional successes. Grzegorz holds a degree from the Cracow University of Economics. In his free time, he enjoys playing badminton.
Małgorzata is a prominent specialist in the implementation of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems, who’s been with Andea for over four years. As an experienced APS consultant, she ensures that system implementations align with project requirements, effectively supporting clients’ production planning processes. Her responsibilities include participating in in-depth sessions to understand clients' business requirements, developing requirement specifications documentation, and assisting solution architects in providing creative answers to complex production challenges.
Małgorzata is also responsible for defining the hardware and software requirements necessary for installing DELMIA Ortems, performing software installation and configuration, and supporting clients during system validation and testing. Following project completion, she takes participates in the evaluation and assessment process and remains engaged in ongoing solution maintenance and development. Additionally, she provides technical and functional APS training for clients, both domestically and internationally.
A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Małgorzata specializes in medical informatics and electronics. Before joining the APS implementation team at Andea, she gained practical experience working in software quality assurance. To continuously expand her professional skills, Małgorzata regularly participates in numerous technical courses and training sessions. In her free time, she passionately pursues her love of mountain climbing.
Michał is a functional consultant in Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) who has successfully executed implementation projects for Andea clients for nearly three years. His implementation experience spans a wide range of activities, from system installation and configuration to conducting training sessions and providing user support. Before each APS implementation, he conducts an in-depth analysis of client needs and prepares personalized project documentation, ensuring the software is optimally adapted to meet business requirements.
Michał is a certified DELMIA Ortems user, a qualification backed by numerous Dassault Systèmes courses, which he completed and passed through official exams. Before joining the Ortems APS team at Andea, he gained experience in financial software implementation, where he managed finance and accounting projects.
He graduated from the Maritime University of Szczecin with a degree in Transport, specializing in the operation of yacht ports. In his free time, Michał is passionate about motorboating and martial arts, and he is also an art enthusiast, with a particular fondness for Impressionism and abstract art.
Mariusz is an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) implementation consultant who has been supporting the Andea team in executing projects for clients across various industrial sectors for over a year, achieving significant success in this area. He specializes in the technical aspect of implementations, ensuring precise execution of solutions according to project requirements and making sure that each implementation progresses within the defined scope of work. He also focuses on enhancing and maintaining existing solutions, supporting clients with their daily production challenges.
Before joining the APS team at Andea, Mariusz spent five years gaining experience as a developer of vision systems for measurement and production monitoring. His skills encompass not only the creation of vision systems but also their implementation and maintenance, which gives him a broad understanding of clients' technical needs.
A graduate of the Kielce University of Technology with a degree in Computer Science and a specialization in computer graphics, Mariusz combines his passion for both advanced technology and aesthetics. In his free time, he is an avid motoring enthusiast, particularly drawn to the visually captivating world of Italian cars, and regularly participates in automotive events. When not indulging in his love for cars, he eagerly explores mountain trails with enthusiasm and energy.
