The situation

The organization felt that finding a dedicated solution geared towards its own needs would be the catalyst for further modernization. Andea’s vast experience, a proven track record of implementing DELMIA Apriso, and the speed of potential deployment quickly convinced the client to join forces and work with Andea. The two companies forged a strategic partnership aiming to improve the client’s fleet management. 

The solution

The DELMIA Apriso rollout at the client’s facility was completed in September 2022. The first stage of implementation turned out to be the fastest in Andea’s history. The Apriso solution for fleet management and maintenance has proven to be the right tool for the automotive company and empowered the organization to address pressing technological challenges and its major pain points.

The results

Full integration with Jira, GeoTab, Midgar, and other systems the client had been using before implementing DELMIA Apriso made it possible for the automotive firm to improve several of its crucial operations.

Other interesting facts

The client’s team was trained and supported throughout all completed project stages to be able to use DELMIA Apriso independently and autonomously. 

Besides the Apriso solution successfully working in a live production environment, Andea and the client managed to run extensive tests for integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA platform. All tests gave great results, showing a very promising potential if a future deployment took place.
