Andea, a renowned Dassault Systèmes’ System & Consulting Integrator Partner and DELMIA solutions reseller, and Tokai COBEX, a global leader in high-quality carbon and graphite products, have announced a strategic partnership between the two companies. The partnership will leverage Dassault Systèmes’ DELMIA Apriso platform to replace existing legacy and manual level-3 systems at Tokai COBEX’s production plants in Poland and France.

The comprehensive manufacturing operations management (MOM) system deployment will cover key functional areas including supply chain management, production, quality, and inventory, ultimately standardizing and harmonizing manufacturing operations across Tokai COBEX’s European plants. The project aims to implement a manufacturing execution system (MES) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to provide a single source of truth, enabling real-time control, effective management, and full traceability of production processes. The implementation starts by integrating with existing systems such as SAP, SCADA, and LIMS, with plans for future integration with maintenance systems.
