We work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office in Krakow), combining flexibility with teamwork.

Job Description

Join our HR team as a specialist responsible for providing comprehensive support for employee processes and day-to-day employee experience. This is a role with real contact with people, close cooperation with managers, and an impact on the smooth functioning of the organisation. We work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office in Krakow), combining flexibility with teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining personnel files (paper and electronic), recording working hours, holidays, and absences. 
  • Preparing HR and payroll documents, contracts, annexes to certificates, and documents relating to benefits. 
  • Coordinating employee benefits, including cooperation with suppliers. 
  • Ongoing contact with employees, including signing documentation, receiving applications/statements, and responding to enquiries. 
  • Cooperation with an external accounting and HR company: data transfer, reconciliation of settlements, and benefit reports. 
  • Ongoing support for employees and managers in the area of HR and payroll processes
  • Resolving ongoing HR issues. 
  • Preparing periodic HR reports (e.g., employee turnover, absenteeism, and headcount structure) for management and line managers.
  • Analyzing HR data and presenting key findings and recommendations in reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating on ad-hoc HR reports and customizing standard reports to meet current business needs.

Requirements

  • Higher education (labour law, HR, economics, or related fields). 
  • Experience in human resources (min. 2-3 years). 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Labour Code, Social Insurance Institution (ZUS); advanced Excel. 
  • Fluency in Polish and English (business level).
  • Analytical skills, communication (face-to-face contact with employees), organisation, and discretion.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to work hybrid (3 days from the office).
