With over 20 years in the manufacturing industry, Ireneusz brings deep operational insight and a proven track record in leading complex transformation programs. He has extensive expertise in MOM, MES, and APS implementations, combined with strong capabilities in quality management, engineering excellence, and production and supply chain optimization. Ireneusz is also a certified expert in project and program management, holding credentials in IPMA and Agile Project Management Foundation, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
