Andea is looking for an ambitious, creative, and driven Business Development Manager to support identifying and qualifying new APRISO MES/APS leads and converting them into the opportunity stage in the US market.

What you’ll be working on

Andea is a global MES/APS software re-seller and integrator of DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTek, Bombardier, and Sierra Nevada Corporation to track, manage, and optimize their production processes.

As the Business Development Manager, you will take complete ownership of developing new opportunities, developing and managing your sales pipeline, creating and executing lead generation strategies, providing support in closing enterprise-level deals, and managing customer expansion.

Some of your daily activities will include:

  • Searching for new business opportunities, as well as managing some of the existing customer relationships (in the future)
  • Independently leading new and existing MES/APS lead generations campaigns (LinkedIn, cold mailing, cold calling, etc.)
  •  Advising on MES/APS products and services, promoting the products and services at entry-level
  • Preparing sales reports for the sales department manager
  • Monitoring and analyzing market data to identify competitors' activities
    Collaborating with our partner (top 10 worldwide industrial software vendor) to drive lead identification and management


As a true hunter, you will conduct extensive prospect and market research to gain extensive industry and sector insight, and identify and develop key opportunities to build strong, successful, and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

What you will bring along

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and take initiative
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, PipeDrive) and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with discrete manufacturing

Even better if you also:

  • Have great communication and time management skills
  • Have a good project knowledge and experience, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
  • Have knowledge of Gap Selling methodologies 
  • If you have an experience in software or technology solutions to improve production management and processes planning and scheduling (APS), then you are the perfect candidate
