Currently, Andea is looking for a Legal and Compliance Counsel, responsible for implementing new policies, processes and procedures ensuring the highest quality for Andea Group, supporting employees in the USA, Germany, and Poland, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.

Job description

As a Legal and Compliance Counsel, you will be responsible for implementing new policies, processes and procedures ensuring the highest quality for Andea Group, supporting employees in the USA, Germany, and Poland, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.

  • Highly organized: a person with excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate law (preferably in an international company or law firm).
  • University degree in Law
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate, commercial, labor and civil law.
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Legal:

  • Drafting, assessing, revising vendor and customer contracts and agreements.
  • Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, civil, labor and data protection matters.
  • Coordinating corporate filings, registrations, and other statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Preparing legal opinions and corporate documentation.
  • Liaising with external parties (law firms, public authorities).


Compliance:

  • Monitoring legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to procedures and policies.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining global compliance policies and procedures tailored to both international standards and local legal requirements.
  • Overseeing vendor compliance, including conducting due diligence, monitoring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
