Andea Experts:
Grzegorz is the VP of Services Department at Andea and one of the company’s co-founders. His responsibilities include applications and solutions architecture, knowledge management, and quality standards assurance. He has 23 years of professional experience, including 19 years with Manufacturing Execution Systems. Grzegorz is recognized by customers and his colleague as a trusted adviser and professional team player. Grzegorz has graduated from the Rzeszow University of Technology where he received his MSc in Control and Computer Engineering.
Pawel Koralewicz works at Andea as Services Manager and Senior Solution Architect. He actively participates in projects where he is responsible for designing and delivering solutions. He has eighteen years of professional experience, including twelve years with DELMIA Apriso. He is experienced in Manufacturing and Logistics Execution Systems - leading full project cycles starting from requirements gathering through design, development, tests, go-live, and multi-site rollouts. He was also working for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, where he gained a good understanding of the business, which is essential when translating customer needs into software solutions. Pawel is also known to be an enthusiastic person, always open to exchange ideas and help other team members. He has solid problem-solving skills and is also known as a “3-minute man” as he firmly believes that all problems can be solved or a solution path can be identified in three minutes or less. Pawel has graduated from the Krakow University of Technology, where he received his MSc in Electrotechnics and Control Engineering.
