Roles and responsibilities

Grzegorz leads Andea's Services and Project Excellence functions, which means he owns the part of the business that determines whether a client's MES implementation actually delivers. His teams cover solution architecture, knowledge management, and quality assurance across every DELMIA Apriso and Ortems project Andea takes on.

Experience and expertise

With over 25 years of professional experience, Grzegorz has served in various positions, including senior and leadership roles focused on solution architecture. With such extensive expertise, Grzegorz has seen where to push back, which decisions hold up, and which ones might require rework a couple of years later. Grzegorz graduated from Rzeszow University of Technology, receiving his MSc in control and computer engineering.

Highlighted experience includes:

• Running the Services and Project Excellence departments at Andea, overseeing MES implementations and quality standards across client projects.
• Directing team responsibilities spanning applications and solutions architecture, knowledge management, and quality assurance.
• Serving in multiple senior and leadership roles focused on solution architecture over 13 years at Apriso.
• Earning recognition from clients as a trusted adviser and from colleagues as a reliable, open-minded leader and team player.
