About Pawel

After 25+ years in manufacturing technology, Pawel built Andea around a specific observation: MES projects rarely fail because of the software. They fail because organizations rush into selection before defining what success actually looks like.

That's the problem he built Andea around. As co-founder and VP of Sales Operations, Pawel works with global manufacturing companies to help them figure out where they are, where they want to go, and what it will actually take to get there, before anyone signs a contract. 

Experience and expertise

Paweł’s background spans MES, ERP, and BI, with senior roles at Apriso (now part of Dassault Systèmes) and MicroStrategy before co-founding Andea. Today, he leads Andea's sales and partner strategy and works directly with clients on DELMIA Apriso and Ortems implementations. Pawel holds a bachelor's degree in financial management from California State University, Long Beach.
