Roles and responsibilities
As Director of Services at Andea, Tomasz oversees both services delivery and employee development. His responsibilities also include active support and involvement in DELMIA Apriso rollouts for clients across diverse industries. As a senior solution architect with nearly 20 years of experience in developing and implementing MES solutions, he is responsible for leading the implementation process, from collecting requirements, through designing solutions that meet the client's requirements, all the way to deployment.
Experience and expertise
Tomasz's key areas of expertise include complex assembly production, manufacturing of advanced composite materials and metallurgy semi-products, scheduling, quality management, and systems integration. His technical skillset comprises DELMIA Apriso, Transact-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), PL/SQL (Oracle), .NET, Java and others. Before joining Andea, he worked for such companies as Infosys and Apriso. Tomasz earned his degree in computer science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
