As Director of Solution Maintenance at Andea, Jacek focuses on leading and overseeing the maintenance of DELMIA Apriso, Data Warehouse (DW), and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. He is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer across the organization. He also supervises support for critical production, DW, and BI issues, and provides strategic guidance in database administration as well as the design and development of system enhancements.
Jacek's skills include MS SQL Server database performance analysis, C++, SQL programming, and web technologies. He has also conducted SQL workshops at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, focusing on SQL Server performance optimization. Prior to joining Andea, he worked as an MES support professional at Dassault Systèmes. He holds a Master of Science in telecommunications from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
