As Director of Solution Maintenance at Andea, Łukasz is responsible for end-to-end delivery of MES projects, upgrades, and production rollouts for manufacturing clients worldwide. He combines strategic oversight with hands-on engagement, keeping complex systems running and evolving at the pace of industry demands.

Experience and expertise

Łukasz brings extensive experience in end-to-end MES project delivery, guiding implementations from initial scoping through go-live across diverse manufacturing environments. He has a strong track record in complex DELMIA Apriso upgrades and large-scale rollouts, navigating technical challenges with precision and ensuring minimal disruption to production operations. Beyond delivery, he drives continuous improvement through tooling automation and system performance optimization. Łukasz holds a Master of Science in computer science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

• Building and leading Andea's Solution Maintenance department, shaping its structure, processes, and talent to deliver reliable, high-quality MES support at scale. 
• Delivering end-to-end MES solutions across a broad technical stack — spanning database administration, web development, and application programming — to drive robust, production-grade manufacturing execution systems.
