Roles and responsibilities

As Director of Services at Andea, Paweł actively participates in projects where he is responsible for designing and delivering solutions. He is experienced in manufacturing and logistics execution systems, leading full project cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development, and tests, all the way to go-live and multisite rollouts.

Experience and expertise

With more than 24 years of professional experience, including over 18 years with DELMIA Apriso, Paweł brings deep industry knowledge to every engagement. He also worked for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, where he gained a strong understanding of business operations essential for translating customer needs into software solutions. Known for his enthusiasm and solid problem-solving skills, he is recognized as a "three-minute man" — firmly believing that all problems can be solved, or a solution path identified, in three minutes or less. Paweł earned a Master of Science in electrotechnics and control engineering at Cracow University of Technology.
