As Director of Services at Andea, Tomasz combines leadership with hands-on expertise — overseeing service delivery and team development while remaining deeply involved in DELMIA Apriso implementations. As a senior solution architect, he bridges complex client challenges and practical MES solutions — from requirements gathering through go-live.

Experience and expertise

With over 20 years of hands-on MES experience — including 15+ years focused on DELMIA Apriso — Tomasz has led and contributed to deployments for global manufacturers across a wide range of industries: from continuous and batch production to high-tech and automotive, and to complex assembly implementations in the Aerospace & Defense sector. His expertise extends beyond MES into data warehouse solutions, providing a broader perspective on how manufacturing data flows across the enterprise. Tomasz holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Computer Systems from Częstochowa University of Technology. 

Highlighted experience includes:

• Leading service delivery and driving team development as Andea's senior professional 
• Delivering DELMIA Apriso implementations for global clients across diverse industries — including continuous batch production in consumer goods, hi-tech electronics, automotive manufacturing, and complex assembly in the Aerospace & Defense sector. 
• Developing business intelligence solutions built on data warehouse architecture — aggregating plant performance data from multiple sites to deliver actionable reporting and insights at the enterprise level. 
• Bringing 7+ years of focused expertise in complex assembly implementations for the Aerospace & Defense sector — one of the most demanding environments for MES solutions. 
• Translating complex operational requirements into working MES solutions — managing the full project lifecycle from initial scoping and system design through to client go-live.
